 ROK Entertainment Group, a mobile entertainment company expressed its continuous efforts at rendering its mobile and data services and applications, across the world.
The company’s streamed mobile TV service deployed to state-owned BSNL is presently being advertised through SMS to 800,000 likely subscribers in the Western region of India. And its service- Tiny TV, which is charged at Rs 150 per month (approximately $3.25 per month), offers a range of channels including local music, videos, news and movie content as well as live international news.
Following the successful launch of its 20-store retail trial, ‘In-Store Loader’, ROK will further install 1,000 more retail stores across India in the next 6 -12 months, says the company.
Additionally, its data-compression subsidiary Blubox, has rolled out PowerPressed Photo designed to instantly create digital photo albums in Portable Document Format (PDF), for a charge of £19.99.
Further, ROK’s Finland-based mobile applications developer, Geniem, has announced it had signed the first client for ROK Promoter. ROK Promoter, launched earlier this month, enables advertisers themselves to initiate, manage and control Bluetooth marketing campaigns to mobile phones.
