BSNL Bangalore to offer gaming services to broadband subscribers

BSNL Bangalore Telecom District will offer gaming services to its broadband subscribers for which it has tied up with Games Limited.

 

The tie-up will offer the games free for the first month after which subscribers will have two plans to choose from.  Under the Rs 200 per month plan, consumers could have the option of 240 premium games and under the Rs 100 casual plan, they could enjoy 110 games. While the game can not be copied, the subscriber will be provided free download and upload for the gaming services.

 

Popular games on offer include, Age of Empire, War Rock, Brian Lara Cricket, Crash Day, Gunbound, Tomb Rider, Code Master, Collin Machine Rally.

 

BSNL Bangalore which has the highest broadband subscriber base in the country expects 50,000 subscribers to opt for the service and aims for 10 % increase in revenues due to the service.
