BSNL to use Dilithium, HCL solutions for mobile video services

BSNL is set to deploy Dilithium service delivery platform which will enable it to offer mobile video streaming services over 2G and 3G networks.

The solution will also enable BSNL to offer video calling services.

HCL Infosystems is also involved in the value chain for deployment of the solution.
