Dear Sir I am subscriber of IPTV since this 29th Jan in Lucknow; I have been told by customer Care at Hazratganj Lko that I am 3rd subscriber of this Service in Lko. I am not able to see TV channels through it at-all due to too much freezing in picture. No-body has informed me how much time it will take to remove this problem. Moreover boot time of Set Top Box is too long. If a dip in Mains voltage occurs, the hole thing is gone for 2-3 minute. If it happens 2-3 times then it is worth-less seeing. The Engineer came for installation of IPTV equipment, consumed at least 20 calls of my Landline phone. Please set it right at the earliest. 10th Feb 2009 Dear Mr. Manish (Head IPTV) With reference to my last mail to you regarding too much freezing in my IPTV picture, & your phone call to me in reply; I would like to inform you further that it could not yet be rectified and an Engineer named Mr. Ravi of your Lko office told me on phone this evening that since rectification of problems at BSNL may take long time so he want to take back the STB now. I could not under stand why he wants to take it back, problem is not with STB. Please look into the matter. The total time taken in installation / configuring the same was 24 Hrs in 3days. I had to take a short leave on first day, half day leave on second day & a full day leave on third day for this; out of my 5-days CL in one year.
