 Bharti Airtel launched international toll free services for the enterprise segment to enable them to offer enhanced cost effective services which can be used by their business partners as well as employees working abroad or on travel overseas.
The call is free for the calling party as the cost is borne by the customer ''company'. The most significant benefit of this service for enterprises is that cumulative billing is done in Indian Rupees, instead of expensive foreign currency, which is the case when calls are routed through international operators, said Airtel.
It will offer two types of premium international toll free services - 'International Inbound toll free services' (free phone access for global users to call into India) and 'International Outbound toll free service (free phone access for callers in India to call international destination).
