Tata Teleservices and Virgin Mobile plan to launch the latter’s services in the country within first week of March. Reports suggest that the services are mainly targeted towards the youth segment.

Reports also state that Bates David Enterprise has won the creative rights for the account while Mindshare is handling the media buying and planning activities.
