RouteGuru.com rolls out SMS-based route finder service in Delhi/NCR

RouteGuru.com, which provides landmark-based driving directions in India, has introduced SMS-based route finder service to render assistance to users in the Delhi-NCR region to get direction tip-offs and approximate auto-fare whilst on the move.

 

According to the company, the service, ‘RouteGuru On-the-Go’ can be accessed by sending an SMS in the ‘rg source-location-name to destination-name’ format to 56767. An amount ranging from Re 1 to Rs 3 will be charged depending on the respective mobile operator.

 

Avinash Agrawal, Founder and CEO of RouteGuru.com said that with the launch of the service, people will not have to rely on auto drivers or strangers to guide when strayed.
