Pre-order for Sony Xperia L begins, will have a price tag of Rs 18,990

The pre-order for the Sony Xperia L on ecommerce sites has begun with infibeam.com offering the device for Rs 18,990.

The portal is offering 5% discount, interest free EMI for 3 months, delivery time of 2-3 business days from the release date of May 8. This budget smartphone was launched in March.

Sony Xperia has a 4.3 inch FWVGA Scratch resistant touch screen that gives a TFT display resolution of 854x480 pixels. It runs on Android 4.1 Jelly OS and powered by 1 GHz Qualcomm Dual Core processor.

For connectivity options it is DLNA certified, has NFC, Wi-Fi, Wi-Fi Hotspot, GPS, Native USB tethering, Media Transfer Protocol Support, Bluetooth and Micro USB Support.

The phone is fitted with an 8MP rear Camera with fast Capture and Exmor RS. It supports up to 4x zoom and give you the best picture quality. It also sports a front VGA camera that allows you to get involved in a video call or take self-portraits.

It features 8GB Flash Memory. The internal memory can be expanded up to 32GB.
