 Spice i2i Ltd announced the appointment of Dilip Modi as the company’s Executive Vice Chairman while Dato Eric Chuah will serve as the Managing Director of the company effective October 01, 2010.
Dilip Modi also serves as Managing Director of Spice Mobility. He is also on the Board of several other companies including Spice Global.
Dilip Modi is the President designate of the Associated Chamber of Commerce (ASSOCHAM), the youngest ever member to be nominated to this position.
Dato Eric Chuah is a successful entrepreneur in the technology and innovation space who founded the CSL group of Companies in 1998 in Malaysia. CSL is now a part of Spice i2i and is re-branded as Spice CSL, doing business in Malaysia, Singapore, Indonesia, Bangladesh and China. Dato Eric Chuah will focus on the Mobile Device business and help the company grow in Asia, India and the rest of the world.
Maneesh Tripathi will continue to be the Chief Executive Officer of the Spice i2i Group of Companies and KTS Anand also remains as the Chief Financial Officer of Spice i2i Group.
