Even as confusion persists on allowing of MVNO services in the country, PSU BSNL announced its plans to tie-up with such MVNOs to make optimum utilization of its infrastructure.

Telecom Secretary Sidharth Behura had stated last week that the government is keen on allowing MVNO into the telecom domain in the country as it is likely to make the sector more competitive.
