Nokia fined for poor customer service

The District Consumer Redressal Forum (DCRF) here has imposed a fine of Rs 4,000 on Nokia for not providing for failing to provide the customer with an effective offer after sales service at its service centre.
 
The form passed this order the complaint of one Mohhamad Ali who had alleged that the company''s customer care did not provide proper assistance to him after his handset malfunctioned within the warranty period.
