ZTE launches Android tablet

ZTE and Telefónica launched the new ZTE Light Pro Android Tablet which combines Wi-Fi and 3G connectivity with impressive multimedia capabilities at an affordable price tag. Movistar will sell the new ZTE Android tablet exclusively in Spain from May 2011 with Movistar contract, making tablet computing available to all its consumer and businesscustomers.

ZTE is adding a high-end Android tablet to Telefónica’s product range which is of significant strategic value. The new ZTE Android Tablet runs on Android 2.2 Froyo software. The ZTE Android tablet is equipped with a 7-inch display. The ZTE Light Pro tablet offers a 3 megapixel digital camera, and built-in GPS means it can be used as navigation.
