No relief for Kanimozhi, bail hearing adjourned to Monday

The Delhi High Court on Friday adjourned till Monday the hearing on the bail plea of DMK MP Kanimozhi and five other co-accused in the 2G spectrum scam.

Kanimozhi and the other accused had moved the High Court earlier this week for expeditious hearing of their appeals following the Supreme Court granting bail to five corporate honchos who have also been named in the case.

Following this, the pleas of the MP and five others which were scheduled to have been heard Dec 1 were brought forward to Friday.
