Cincom Systems announced the launch of Cincom’s Sales and Product Configurator for Microsoft Dynamics CRM. The company claims that by employing the Cincom new configuration, the Microsoft Dynamics CRM users can attract more customers along with fulfilling the orders accurately and on time.

According to Cincom, the manufacturers will be able to capture and provide critical application, product, pricing and process knowledge to the point of scale through Cincom’s Sales and Product Configurator. The company said that this configuration will ensure the desirable fit between the manufacturers’ product offerings and customers’ needs.

The company further said this new configurator is integrated with Microsoft easily as two simple buttons are present on the Microsoft Toolbar namely “New Configured Opportunity Product” and “Reconfigure Opportunity Product” which lists all the products that can be configured.
