Undersea Cable Damage: Ships responsible for damage impounded in Dubai

Dubai Port Trust Authorities have impounded two ships, MV Hounslow and MT Ann which have been allegedly held responsible for the undersea cable damage recently near Dubai recently.

 

Reliance Globalcom provided details of the ships movement based on satellite images.

 

The damage had hit the internet connectivity in India for around two weeks in February with Reliance suffering the most among all operators.
