Norton launches Hindi language support centre in India

Norton on Monday launched the Hindi language phone support in India. The company said that this is in line with its ongoing commitment to simplifying and improving support experience for customers,
 
Starting October 15, 2012, Norton customers in India can call 1800 102 6012 to access customer support in Hindi from 9:00 a.m. – 7:00 p.m., Monday to Friday.

This is in addition to the customer support available in English at 1800 102 4235 as well as online support available at .
 
Ritesh Chopra, Country Sales Manager, India, Norton, said, “We are constantly evaluating our business strategy and looking for new ways to provide value-added services to our customers and improve their overall experience of Norton products. We are confident that providing the option of customer support in Hindi will increase our outreach throughout the country and help us to better address the needs of our customers in India.”
 
With this launch, customers of Norton will have immediate access to technical support in Hindi through a dedicated toll-free customer service number.
