Bharti Airtel ranked amongst the top ten employers in demand in India

Leading telecommunications service provider with operations in 20 countries across South Asia and Africa, Bharti Airtel has been ranked amongst the top ten employer company in demand in India.

The ranking is based on Linkedin’s Most InDemand Employers, a survey conducted by Linkedin - a social network for work professionals. The ranking are based on the engagement activities by the over 175 million members of Linkedin and includes analytics of the followers of a company, job views & applications and research on the company and its career pages by the members.

The company ranks amongst the top 5 mobile service providers globally in terms of subscribers.   Its product offerings include 2G, 3G and 4G wireless services, mobile commerce, fixed line services, high speed DSL broadband, IPTV, DTH, enterprise services including national & international long distance services to carriers. In the rest of the geographies, it offers 2G, 3G wireless services and mobile commerce. Bharti Airtel had over 259 million customers across its operations at the end of September 2012.
