SC Judgement: RCom says no additional liability over ADC payment
TT Bureau |  |  30 Apr 2008

Reliance Communications stated that the Supreme Court’s judgement directing it to pay Rs.400 crore as ADC to BSNL, will not put any additional burden on the firm.

RCom claims that the case pertains to 2002-03 which was prior to the reorganization of the company. RCom further claimed that it has paid ADCs for all the previous fiscals and hence there is no additional liability on the company following the SC Judgement.
