Uninor has announced that it would provide free internet on September 9 ) “free internet day”) for all its subscribers in Andhra Pradesh. This means free and unlimited browsing, downloading, chatting and social media on all Uninor connections.

Speaking on launch, Satish Kannan, Circle Business Head- Andhra Pradesh, Uninor said that “Not only the most affordable tariffs for voice and sms, Uninor is also the most affordable operator for internet. Our internet tariffs are as much as 30% cheaper than those of any other operator. I encourage all our subscribers to use the internet freely onSeptember 9 and freely thereafter too with our cheapest tariffs.”

Offer validity would be limited from midnight to 8PM, post which the GPRS usage would be charged on regular basis.

Uninor customers can also subscribe to STV 146 and STV 89 to enjoy 4GB and 1.5GB of free data respectively for a period of 28 days. Close to 56,000 retailers and 130 exclusive stores serve nearly 4.47mn Uninor customers in Andhra Pradesh.
