BT signs eight year contract with Thomson Reuters for WAN management

British Telecommunications, a part of UK based BT Group, has signed an eight year contract with Thomson Reuters for managing the latter’s wide area network (WAN).

 

BT claims that it will help Thomson Reuters’ transform its existing WAN into a high-speed, IP based global infrastructure which include 323 locations across 100 countries.

 

The two companies earlier entered into a 10 year deal in 2005 under which BT manages the entire global network of Thomson Reuters.
