4G LTE enabled LG G2 smartphone launched in India for Rs. 49,000

LG has launched its flagship Android smartphone LG G2 in India. The 4G LTE version sports same specifications as that of the present LG G2 available in market, apart from the additional 4G LTE support. The LG G2 4G LTE variant is priced at Rs. 46,000 for the 16GB variant, and Rs. 49,000 for the 32GB variant.
 
The LG G2 4G LTE comes with 5.2 inch display and runs on Android Jelly Bean 4.2.2 OS. It is powered by 2.26 GHz Qualcomm's quad-core Snapdragon 800 processor with 2GB of RAM.
 
The LG G2 4G LTE has 13-megapixel rear camera with Optical Image Stabilisation and a 2.1-megapixel front camera. It comes with a powerful battery of 3000 mAh. The LG G2 4G LTE has some unique feature which differentiate the smartphone with others. It has features like Answer Me, Plug and Pop and Text Link. Also included is QuickRemote that can remotely control popular home entertainment device.

Also, LG Electronics, in a joint initiative with Airtel and Qualcomm, has set up an engaging LTE experience zone in Bangalore, for consumers to come and experience the blazing high speed service and innumerable possibilities of 4G LTE.

The LTE zone, which will be live for three weeks starting from 26th March, features LG’s very own 4G- enabled G2 LTE smartphone that streams full HD videos/ movies from the cloud using Airtel’s LTE network, and mirrors it live on LG’s Curved OLED TV. Packed with exemplary design, exceptional features and smart specifications, the 4G LTE LG G2 builds upon the case of an incredibly fast internet service, which amounts to superior video streaming without any buffering time.

At present, Bangalore is India’s first ‘4G on mobile’ enabled city. With the introduction of mainstream 4G LTE smartphones, wider adoption of 4G would soon become a reality.
