Gionee launches Pioneer P2S smartphone for Rs 6499 to compete with Moto E: what to expect

After the huge success of Moto E in low budget segment, Gionee, on Wednesday has launched its budget smartphone in India called Pioneer P2S for Rs. 6,499. Smartphone will be available in blue, white, red, black and yellow colours variant.

Gionee Pioneer P2S, dual SIM smartphone comes with 4-inch display, it runs on Android Jelly Bean 4.2 OS. It is powered by a 1.3 GHz dual-core processor.

Gionee Pioneer P2S has 4GB internal memory storage which can be expandable up to 32 GB through microSD card with 512 MB RAM.

The smartphone also has 5-megapixel rear camera, VGA front camera. And for connectivity options smartphone also has Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 4.0, and FM Radio as well.

It packs with 1,600mAh battery which can deliver up to 12.5 hours of talk-time and 346 hours on standby mode.

                                                      

Users can take selfies without touching the phone through V-gesture shot and click continuous shots of animals, people in action and full panoramic shots of great scenes.

It can also give tough competition to Indian brands like Micromax, Lava, and Karbonn in low price segment to attract more users towards this Chinese handset Gionee Pioneer P2S, which helps to make their position strong in the Indian market.
