Toshiba India, on Tuesday launched the all new range of laptops, packed with the best technology, great features and exemplary looks, making it the ‘Greatest of all’ laptop range. The new range includes the world’s First Ultra HD 4K P50 Satellite laptop with touch screen for an immersive experience; new Satellite L Series laptops that are ‘Loaded like nothing Else; the new Satellite S Series laptops that feature a profile which ‘Redefines Slim Design’ and a new range of ‘Thin and Light’ ultra portable laptops. With the launch of the new range, Toshiba also marks its foray into two new segments in India – detachable hybrid laptops with Portégé Z10t-A & Satellite L30W, and a professional workstation delivering mighty performance – Tecra W50.

Satellite P Series: world’s first Ultra HD 4K laptop:

The Satellite P50 features the world’s first Ultra HD 4K TruBrite 39.6cms (15.6) touchscreen display that shows lifelike crystal-clear definition in a 3840 x 2160 resolution, which is four times as any Full HD screen. The display produces smoother imagery and an astounding level of detail to realize natural color expression with an accurate color gamut, ensuring true-to-life imagery. The Satellite P50 produces a fine sound equipped with high-quality stereo speakers by Harman Kardon, providing outstanding audio quality for both movies and games.
 
Encased in a slim chassis, the P50 sports a sleek design at 27.9mm and bold looks with a metallic finish. The laptop also features Toshiba’s unique Sleep & Music feature, allowing users to take advantage of the high-quality speakers even when the laptop is off. Powered by 4th Gen Intel Core H series processors (47W) and a gaming-class AMD Radeon R9 M265X graphics, the P50 houses RAM expandability up to 16GB of 1600MHz DDR3L memory along with a 1TB hard drive with (3D sensor) to store and share HD content. Four USB 3.0 ports, a UHS-II SD card slot, Wi-Fi to stream Ultra HD videos, HDMI port capable of 4K output and a built-in re-writable drive, deliver complete connectivity options to the customers, at a price of Rs. 86,000/-.

Satellite S series: Slim Design and bold looks:

With sleek design at 19.3mm and weighing at just 1.87kg, the new Satellite S Series features a stylish brushed Aluminum finish and a thinner than ever profile, making it easy to carry and comfortable to use anywhere. S series boasts of an excellent sound emitted through high-fidelity Harman Kardon for an exceptional audio experience.
 
Powered by a 4th Gen Intel Core i5-4200U Processor 1.6 GHz with Turbo Boost Technology 2.0 up to 2.6 GHz (3MB Cache) and a 4 GB DDR3L 1600 MHz RAM (expandable up to 16 GB), the S series runs on Windows 8.1 OS. Housing a 1TB 5400 RPM SATA drive, the Satellite S Series laptops also feature a full array of ports to accommodate for a variety of computing needs, including an HDMI® port capable of 4K output and dual USB 3.0 ports, one with USB Sleep & Charge technology, which allows users to charge USB-powered devices even when the laptop is powered off. Offering greater features at a great price, the Satellite L series is designed to be taken anywhere, making it ideal for users who want a stylish laptop for work and entertainment. The distinctive look of the latest L Series is matched the fine sound from Onkyo® speakers and DTS® SoundTM tuned by Skullcandy® so music can be experienced the way it should sound. Hosting a 39.6cm (15.6) HD Clear SuperView LED backlit screen, the Satellite L series also boasts of a sharp display, using its Resolution+ technology. The Satellite L series has three USB ports including dual USB 3.0 ports, one with USB Sleep & Charge technology through which a mobile phone or an MP3 player can be charged without switching the laptop on.
