BSNL to spend Rs.400 crores for mobile services in Jharkand

The state-owned BSNL will add 11 lakh new mobile connections in the next fiscal, the Minister of State for Communications Shakeel Ahmad announced.

 

Ahmad, who was in Ranchi to inaugurate a mobile switching centre on Saturday, said BSNl will spend Rs 400 crore to enhance its mobile services network.

 

Jharkhand was one of the states where extensive plans had been made for mobile service growth, the minister said.

 

Ahmad also attended another function where Chief Minister Madhu Koda inaugurated data network centre in the local office of the National Informatics Centre (NIC).
