Xolo, on Monday launched its new Q series smartphone, the Q1020, for Rs. 11,499 via a Facebook post. The device is now listed on the company's website with no official word about its availability.
Xolo Q1020 features a 5 inch HD IPS display with 720 x 1280 pixels resolution with scratch resistant corning gorilla glass 3 protection and a pixel density of 294ppi. It is powered by a 1.3GHz quad-core MediaTek MT6582 processor that's coupled with a Mali 450 GPU, and 1GB of RAM. It is based on Android 4.4 KitKat OS and supports dual-SIM.
It comes with 8GB of built-in storage and can be expanded up to 32GB via microSD card. It features a 13 megapixel rear camera with Exmor RS sensor, LED flash, and a 2 megapixel front camera. The rear camera features scene detection, Panaroma, geo-tagging, best shot, smile shot, and HDR options.
For connectivity it includes 3G, Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n, Micro-USB, A-GPS, 3.5mm audio jack, and FM radio. It is powered by a 2100 mAh battery that is rated to deliver up to 13 hours of talk time on 3G and up to 454 hours of standby time on 2G. It is available in Black and White colours.
Xolo Q1020 sports a wooden finish at the sides and also features HotKnot file transfer technology, which is similar to near field communications (NFC) in terms of application. |
