Flytxt, a leading Big Data Analytics solution provider for Communication Service Providers (CSPs), on Tuesday announced that its client, Vodacom Mozambique, the leading operator in Mozambique, has been shortlisted as finalist for ‘Best Customer Experience Initiative’ category at Total Telecom’s Africa Awards 2015. Vodacom was nominated for rolling out innovative customer engagement programs using Flytxt’s solutions; enhancing customer experience through personalized and timely communication.
The Total Tele Africa Awards recognize outstanding performance and innovation from the leading organizations in telecoms and the Internet of Things space.
