Xiaomi Redmi Note Prime smartphone launches in India for Rs 8499 with 4G connectivity feature

Xiaomi has launched its new Redmi Note Prime smartphone in India for Rs. 8,499. The smartphone will be available exclusively through Amazon India and Mi.com, starting from 10am IST Tuesday.

Xiaomi Redmi Note Prime dual-SIM smartphone comes with 5.5-inch IPS display with a HD (720x1280 pixels) resolution. It runs on Android 4.4 KitKat-based MIUI 7 OS. It is powered by a 1.2GHz quad-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 410 processor with 2GB LPDDR3 of RAM.

Xiaomi Redmi Note Prime dual-SIM smartphone also has 13-megapixel autofocus rear camera with LED flash, a 5-megapixel front camera. Its inbuilt storage is 16GB which can be expandable up to 32GB through microSD card.

For connectivity options smartphone has 3G, 4G, GPRS/ EDGE, Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n, hotspot functionality, Bluetooth v4.0, FM radio, Micro-USB 2.0, USB-OTG and GPS/ A-GPS with 3100mAh battery.

Xiaomi Redmi Note Prime dual-SIM smartphone measures 154x78.7x9.4mm and weighs 185 grams.
