Agence France-Presse (AFP) has launched a new mobile service, AFP Mobile Journal service which will enable users to access global news coverage, multimedia and messaging options via mobile phones.

The new service will offer access to international news agency’s news in text, photographs and videos on mobile phones. Currently available in English and French language, the service will also be offered in Spanish and Arabic versions by this year end.
