BSNL and Beetel announced a tie-up to offer low-priced handsets in Uttar Pradesh (UP) under bundled schemes and claim that these handsets virtually work out to be free to subscribers if the free talk time value offered with the scheme is taken into consideration.

The bundle offers would be available at a price range of Rs.1,043 and Rs.1,695 and the subscribers will also get free talk time of Rs.1,500.

The mentioned bundled offer will be available in the state in a month.
