Sony Ericsson launches T700 for mainstream market

Sony Ericsson has announced the launch of the new multimedia mobile handset, T700.

 

A mid-range mobile handset, it is considered to be the successor of T610 which was launched in 2003. The attractive quality of this 10mm thin mobile phone is that it combines timeless design and premium features to offer to the mainstream market.

 

The handset is equipped with GSM/EDGE 850/900/1800/1900 UMTS/HSDPA 2100 MHz networks and also includes 2 TFT display with 240x320 pixel, 512MB memory card in box, bluetooth. Further the handset measures 48.0x104.0x10.0 mm and weighs about 78 gm. The company claims that the handset has a talk time of 4.5 hours.

 

The handset is expected to roll in the market in early Q4 2008 and will be available in Black on Silver, Black on Red and Shinning Silver colour combinations.
