 With an aim to provide more user-friendly services to its customers, YES Bank in association with Cisco announced the introduction of voice-enabled phone banking services.
The concept uses speech recognition technology. From the customer point of view it ease his experience of interacting with the bank as he need not remember the numerous key numbers or other details. The customers need to only remember pre-defined aided keywords.
Subsequently YES Bank intends to incorporate biometrics through voice recognition as well which will recognize customer through his voice. |
