Nokia Siemens Networks on Thursday named Luca Maestri as its new Chief Financial Officer, succeeding Eric Simonsen, effective from the on set of November.

Eric, who is retiring from his position, joined Nokia Siemens as integration and restructuring specialist after the company’s merger in April 2007, said the company.

NSN also named Michael Matthews as the new Head of Strategy and Business Development. Matthews, former Chief Marketing Officer at Amdocs, replaces current Head of Strategy and Business Development Pekka Soini. Mr. Soini will move to the Corporate Development Office, handing quality, process development and IT; he will also retain his seat on NSN''s executive board.
