Luminous Teleinfra Ltd announced the launch of its passive telecom infrastructure venture with manufacturing unit to be set up in Himachal Pradesh.

The unit will manufacture deep cycle telecom batteries, power management units, power conversion devices and innovative solutions for reduction in operating expenditures and carbon emissions for telecom operators, said Luminous.

Additionally it will also provide turnkey site preparation services on pan-India basis.
