SV Ramana rejoins Tulip Telecom as CSO

Tulip Telecom announced the appointment of SV Ramana as the company’s Chief Service Officer (CSO). Ramana earlier held the same position at Tulip before parting ways with the company for an opportunity outside the firm.

 

Ramana will be responsible for efficient delivery of services to customers and continually innovating Tulip’s service delivery processes, while ensuring compliance to industry best practices.

He is joined Tulip. But Tulip is in deep trouble. Many from senior management are quitting. CIO has also resigned. Earlier Chief of Contact center technologies and DGM Spcl project resigned. Not a good start for Managed services. Head of Fiber rollout has also resigned. If people are quitting in the times of recession. there is something wrong with the company internal affairs.

Many people are resiging. The company is in troubled waters. First they found new ways of cutting salary. Then new way to show wrong accounts. Why media cannot see the high attrition of senior employees.

When 2010 Tulip started journey in South they are with high energy and now the situations and H.R dissensions are very rude and they are hiring new people with less salary, and throwing out We gave there sweet and Blood those days . H.R playing a strategic game to kill the Tulip employees. How every Sr. Most people are leaving the Origination very bad to them. Why Col.Bedi taking everything light GOD has to save them.
