Qualcomm appoints Bimayal Dayal as VP & Country Manager

Qualcomm announced the appointment of Bimayal Dayal as the company’s new Vice-President and Country Manager for the India and South-Asia.

 

In his new role Dayal will be responsible for driving the adoption of Qualcomm technologies and solutions such as 3G (WCDMA/HSPA, CDMA2000/EVDO), connected computing, and its other location-based services.

 

Dayal was earlier associated with Ericsson as VP and key account manager mainly for the company’s Bharti Airtel account.

 

He holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree specializing in electronics and telecommunication from Delhi College of Engineering and a Bachelors degree in Law from Delhi University.
