Tata Communications teams up with Polish Mobile Operator PLAY
TT Correspondent |  New Delhi |  04 Mar 2009

Following the successful completion of its maiden agreement with Polish Mobile Network Operator PLAY, Tata Communications said it will continue to route the entire international call traffic for the company.

“We chose to work with Tata Communications because of their extensive network backbone and experience, which was well positioned to fully manage and support issues our company was facing as a start up operator,” stated Piotr Kuriata Carrier Relations Director of PLAY.

The arrangement will see Tata Communication deploying its voice termination product VTS Prime Solution in order to ensure call quality.

At present, PLAY, the first multimedia phone operator in Poland, has a total of two million customers in the country.
