Telecom Italia appeals against Argentine govt’s decision over veto powers

Telecom Italia filed an appeal against the ruling by Argentine anti-trust agency which refrained its directors from exercising veto powers in the company’s Argentine subsidiary, Telecom Argentine SA.

 

The company has now filed a appeal with Argentina’s anti-trust regulators. The regulators are meanwhile examining if Telefonica’s participation in Telecom Italia violates Argentine anti-monopoly rules.
