MTNL Mumbai launches new plan for Dolphin subscribers

MTNL Mumbai launched a new post-paid plan of Rs 199 for Dolphin customers wherein the customer will have to pay a one time activation charge of Rs 250 (excluding service tax) to get 199 minutes free on MTNL Mumbai network and 100 SMS free on MTNL local GSM network.

 

The outgoing charges on all local and Maharashtra and Goa networks will be 60 paise and STD charges, Rs 1.30.
