FIPB seeks details on shareholding pattern of Nokia-HCL Infocomm JV

The foreign investment promotional board (FIPB) has sought details pertaining to share holding pattern of the new joint venture formed between Nokia and HCL Infosystems’ subsidiary, HCL Infocomm.

 

Precise details related to share holding pattern of HCL Infocomm have been sought by the FIPB which have been provided now.
