SK Telecom Q1 net dips 17%

South Korea’s leading mobile services provider, SK Telecom recorded a 17 % dip in net profits for Q1 which the company attributed mainly to increased labour costs.

 

The company’s profit reached 317 billion won ( $235.7 million) net profit in the first quarter, compared with a 382.9 billion won net profit in the year-earlier quarter. Quarterly wise however the profits increased as compared to 263.1 billion won registered in October-December.
