SC sets aside TDSAT directive on withdrawal of additional spectrum to BSNL
TT Correspondent |  New Delhi |  15 May 2009

BSNL had filed a petition in the SC challenging TDSAT''s verdict. TDSAT in its ruling had reasoned that granting of additional spectrum to BSNL and MTNL results in preference treatment to the PSUs and is not conducive in a competitive environment.
