NSN moves Delhi HC for stay order against BSNL disqualification

Nokia Siemens Networks (NSN) took resort to the legal course as it approached the Delhi HC asking it to put a stay over BSNL''s disqualification of the company for the mega GSM contract.

                                    

The move follows NSN approaching the CCI, CVC and DoT to point out alleged discrepancy in its disqualification.
