BPO solutions provider, Fristsource announced bagging a new five year customer services outsourcing contract from GSM biggie Idea Cellular valued at Rs 145 crore.

Post deal, Firstsource will provide billing, new product information and plan details related interaction services from Firstsource's centre located in Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu. Customer support will be offered in English, Malayalam and Tamil languages.
