atom offers m-payment facility to IHO customers

atom technologies today announced a new partnership with Indian Health Organisation (IHO) enabling the latter’s customers to make their payments for IHO’s Health Plan Benefits schemes over mobile phones.

Customer can make payments using the IVR facility which will also enable new customers to buy the schemes conveniently over phone. IHO’s Helpline number is 1800-103-44-66. Atom claims customers can make the payments in a secured environment using credit cards. Subsequent to successful transaction, relevant Health cards will be provided to the customers.

“Our partnership with atom technologies will help create a sustainable partnership and smoothen the payment system for the customers of IHO. With atom, we will be able to provide our customers uninterrupted service even while on the move. Customers can now use their credit cards, under a highly secured system, over the phone to transact with us and get the convenience of instant policy activation over the phone. This will help us in engaging prospects in a faster and more convenient manner,” said Sunando Sen, Business Leader, Indian Health Organisation.

The service will initially be available in ten cities namely Delhi NCR, Mumbai, Bangalore, Chennai, Hyderabad, Kolkata, Ahmedabad, Pune, Cochin & Jaipur with plans to increase the number to 22 by end of the year.
