Sony Ericsson launches two new handsets under Walkman series

Sony Ericsson announced the launch of two new handsets W205 and W395 under its popular Walkman series priced at Rs 5,795 and Rs 8,395 respectively.

 

Sudhin Mathur, General Manager, Sony Ericsson Mobile Communications India said, “Being the pioneer in the music phone category, our ‘Walkman’ phone range has universally been lauded for the quality music experience offered. The basic premise behind the launch of the affordable Sony Ericsson W205 and W305 Walkman phones is to further extend this experience to those who love portable music but have never had the Walkman phone experience.”

 

W205 offers 1.8 inch display supporting 128 x 160 resolution, 65K colours, GPRS?EDGE, 1.3 mega pixel camera, FM radio, TrackID, Bluetooth, M2 card support. The W395 is an advanced version with 2 inch TFT LCD supporting 176 x 220 pixels, 256K colours, built-in-stereo speakers, motion gamin support, PlayNow apart from having all the features of W205. Both the cards come with 1GB memory card.
