Elitecore comes up with Centralized Authentication solution to secure Wi-Fi Networks

Ahmedabad-based Elitecore announced the availability of its new Centralized Authentication solution which promises to secure Wi-Fi Networks as per the latest DoT guidelines.

 

“The guidelines issued by DoT will definitely secure the network and stop unlawful use by anti social elements. We are working on various cases related to Wifi Security offering a centralized Authentication server and other security features that are needed to protect the Wifi Networks as per guidelines laid down by DoT,” says Nikhil Jain COO & Director, Elitecore Technologies. 

 

Eitecore claims that its EliteAAA solution manages the subscriber’s authentication and authorizes them for appropriate level of service and centralized subscriber management. It is based on IEEE 802.1x and Wi-Fi protected Access (WPA/WPA2). It supports EAP TLS, EAP TTLS, EAP FAST, EAP MD5 and PEAP – MS – CHAPv2 security concepts.
