Vodafone launches one paise per second plan in Bihar and Jharkhand

Private operator, Vodafone launched one paise per second billing plan in Bihar and Jharkhand applicable to both local and STD calls.

New subscribers can avail the plan with Rs 14 recharge while for existing subscribers the recharge voucher is priced at Rs 15 offering talk time of Rs 15.

The tariff will be valid for one year.
