TT Correspondent |  Mumbai |  04 Nov 2009

Pure-play BPO firm, Firstsource today claimed attaining the 53rd place in FinTech’s annual 100 ranking of global technology, service and data providers to the BFSI sector. Last year Firstsource was placed at the 54th position.

“In what has been an unprecedented year for the financial services sector, Firstsource is honored to be acknowledged among its peers as a partner that provides organizations with strategies to improve business process management,” commented Ananda Mukerji, Managing Director and CEO, Firstsource.  “This accolade reinforces Firstsource’s commitment to helping banks, financial services and insurance companies achieve operational efficiency and differentiated customer service  allowing companies to focus on their core competencies.”

Only those BPO players are considered for the ranking who derive at least one-third of their revenues from the BFSI sector.
