Genpact bags 5 year customer services contract from Uninor

BPO player, Genpact bagged a five year BPO customer services contract from new entrant, Uninor which is a JV between Unitech Wireless and Norway’s Telenor.

Under the contract, Genpact will set-up a customer service solutions for the operator in North India using its centre in Jaipur.

Genpact will offer Uninor with support in areas including process reengineering, inbound and outbound customer service, and training.
