Minister of State for Telecom, Sachin Pilot said in the Parliament that a case has been reported against Tikona Private Limited which is a internet service provider. The case pertains to the company offering wireless broadband services even though it does not has licence to do so.

"This is being examined by the Wireless Planning and Coordination (WPC) wing of the Telecom Ministry," said the Minister.
